Allyssa Darling serves as the HR Manager and Director of Franchise Operations. As a dedicated and strategic human resources professional, Allyssa enjoys working with leadership to grow their teams, culture, and business. She has spent nearly a decade working in HR for both large companies with over 10,000 employees, and leaner start-up environments. Allyssa is passionate about fulfilling our company’s mission of adding value and vibrancy to our Vancouver community and its surrounding neighborhoods. Allyssa holds a BA in both business communication and political science from the University at Buffalo and is an avid Buffalo Bills fan. She is a spin instructor at CycleBar West Vancouver as well as a sculpt teacher at YogaSix West Vancouver. When the snow hits you can find her on the mountain skiing, and during the summer she enjoys wake surfing as often as the PNW weather allows.
