Ember Shanahan serves as Capital Relations Manager for Cascadia Development Partners. Ember enjoys working with current investors, bringing in new investment partners and working with lenders to bring projects to fruition. Prior to her involvement with Cascadia, Ember served as Commercial Manager for Old Republic Title Co. With almost 20 years in real estate, she has served on many industry related boards as well as community related non-profits. She is currently an active board member of the Commercial Association of Brokers, a past recipient of the Who’s Who Among Executive and Professional Women in Real Estate, and a sales circle of excellence award winner (top 5% nationwide). Ember lives in Camas, WA with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending all her free time with her family, getting outside whenever possible, traveling, and Cougar football Saturdays (go Cougs!).
