Adam has 20+ yrs international experience in construction and development. He has a diverse project portfolio, consisting of commercial, industrial, mixed use, residential, and production (winery, distillery, brewery) projects in excess of 4,000,000 sf. In addition to ground-up development, he has also completed several complicated re-purposing projects. Adam has an MBA, was a licensed contractor in Oregon and Washington, and was a Certified Building Scientist Professional by the Building Performance Institute. Adam serves as the Building Owners Stakeholder on the Oregon Seismic Safety Policy Advisory Committee and is a member of the Oregon Seismic Rehabilitation Grant Program. He lives in SW Portland with his wife and two teenage children. Adam likes to spend his free time traveling, Moto-camping, and snowboarding.
