John is a Chief Accounting, Chief Finance and Chief Operating Officer to various entities where real estate is the primary investment strategy. John emphasizes importance of risk management and how accounting, finance, and operations harmonize to reduce bad risk and enhance good. John is engaged as CFO and CAO to assist Cascadia Development Partners. John brings his passion for business process, understanding of money and accounting, and desire to build a better tomorrow to a team of dedicated, knowledgeable development specialists who have a tremendous passion for creating and managing quality commercial real estate projects John’s career includes public accounting large regional firms and boutique local firms. John’s work with his clients centers around how accounting can be used to make effective business decisions, while understanding that finances are the lifeblood of the business and process its central nervous system. John earn his BS degree in accounting from California State University Fresno after serving his country in the United States Marine Corps. Semper Fi. In his free time, John writes a blog about managing real estate and loves going on walks with his partner Kubae and their two dogs Ginger and Dora, as well as learning to die gracefully while playing video games with his teenaged sons.
