Stacey has been a land use planner for over twenty years. She spent over ten years as a planner at Olson Engineering before becoming the head of the planning department at HDJ Engineering. While at Olson and HDJ, Stacey was involved in the planning, design and permitting of residential subdivisions, multi-family projects, as well as commercial and industrial developments. For the last several years, Stacey has been the lead planner at the Landerholm Law Firm working with the firm’s larger development clients. In that capacity, she has been extensively involved in a variety of land activities, including rezones and Comprehensive Plan amendments and drafting major planning and permitting documents for projects such as large office campuses and Planned Residential Developments. At Cascadia, Stacey manages and coordinates the company’s development activities including land use activities. Stacey lives in Felida with her husband and their two children. She enjoys spending her free time outdoors and playing soccer.
